June Meeting Recap with Show & Tell Pics

Hi All!

Though we had a smaller group at the June 20th meeting than we'd become accustomed to this year (thanks to the summery weather and vacations aplenty!), it was a great meeting at the new venue of The Falls Church Episcopal.  I wanted to give a big thanks to the crew at the church who helped me pull off the whole thing and who were so kind and gracious to work with--thanks Jim, Terri, Rosemari (a quilter herself!), and even parishioner Helen who stopped by the meeting to check it all out!  The Nicolson Hall where we met was a great space in which to sew and, apart from working out the electrical sharing and table set up for next time, it seems like it will be a nice option for future meetings.  We're already talking about having the charity sewing September meeting there where we will all have space to spread out on the floor, work collaboratively, and get some charity quilting done!
